Shipping Policy

We proudly offer free shipping within the continental United States on all fine art prints and original paintings. For Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, please contact us for a custom quote here.

Production & Processing Times

  • Giclée Prints (Canvas & Cotton Rag): Ship within 3 business days from our fulfillment partners in California or Kentucky (closest facility based on your location) via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

  • Original Paintings: Ship from Gainesville, Florida. Up to 48” square: Ships within 3 business days via UPS. 48” square or larger: Ships within 7 business days via insured freight.

    All shipments include tracking emailed at dispatch.

Delivery Estimates

  • Prints + non-oversized originals: 3–7 business days
    Freight shipments: 7–14 business days

Print Returns & Refunds Policy
Because each print artwork is created when you order, all print sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Original Returns & Refunds Policy

If an original, non-commissioned piece does not feel like the right fit once received, we are happy to discuss a return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the collector.

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Return Process: Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return authorization and instructions.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Damaged Orders



If your print or original arrives damaged, we will refund or reship. Please:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  2. Email photos of the damage and packaging to support@coastalfineartprints.com

  3. Include your order number

After verification, we will replace or refund your artwork.

Lost Packages



If your shipment is lost, we will confirm with the carrier and then reship or refund your order.
